What's Ready Box?
Entirely prefabricated prior to delivery, ‘Ready Box’ is Ark’s very own solid modular building product.
- Installations/decorations are processed in the factory, including all of the trimming, furniture and appliances.
- Electrical works are already completed, including appliance testing. Power input points are open for ease of connection upon delivery.
- Plumbing work finalised, including sanitary ware testing. Input and output points open for ease of connecting with water and sewage supply upon delivery.
- Furniture and fixtures permanently fastened on to the module’s floor or a wall, ready for use on site.
Recycling & Repurposing
Ready Box modular buildings can be disassembled, reconfigured and reused on different sites.
