Since the foundation of the first subsidiary in Hong Kong in 2005, Ark Prefab has become the leading supplier of prefabricated buildings and contractor of modular building construction. Ark now owns 3 subsidiaries across China Mainland and Hong Kong, including Ark China Company Ltd., Ark Modular Building Manufacturing Company Ltd., and RISENSUN (HK) Company Ltd.
Over a Decade’s Experience in the Industry
From building materials trading and manufacturing consignment to independent R & D to establishing our own manufacturing facilities, Ark Prefab has gradually grown up to collectivization operations by incorporating manufacturing, procurement and trades on the prefabricated modular building system.
Based on Hong Kong one of the international business centers, Ark has trained a group of competent personnel in the past 10 years ranging from designing, manufacturing and quality control in the field of prefabricated building or modular building system; taking advantage of the industrial cluster in China Mainland, Ark has become qualified for various sized projects from designing to a turn-key project, which has given us valuable experience in the industry.
State of the Art Management/Administration Platform SAP ERP
Over years of business processing in the prefabricated modular building, Ark decided to bring in the German SAP ERP management system as the corporation’s administration platform, which controls and communicates each and every department of the company online effectively, from Finance to Procurement to Stock to Production to Technology to QC to Marketing.
Every part/product is encoded from the SAP and the ID number will be put on before being shipped out, which makes the production tracing easy, and reduces the mistakes to the least.

Ark’s products range from light modules to heavy modules, from temporary housing to permanent to buildings, forming a complete system of prefabricated building system in the factory.
Sophisticated Manufacturing Facilities with Robotic Welding Machines
In 2014, Ark invested our new manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, Ark Modular Building Manufacturing Company Ltd., home to state of the art facilities among the Far East area for manufacturing Flat-pack2, including laser cutting, robotic welding, pneumatic driving manipulator and automatic sandwich panels assembly line brought in from Italy etc. ISO9001 & ISO14000 are stringently complied during the production.
Annual Production Capacity
Ark Prefab has been the first class Flatpack solution provider with the biggest production capacities among the Far East area. Annual production capacity reaches 75,000 m2.
TUV Certified
Our products and factory facilities including its management system certified by TUV have been accepted by our global clients. Ark products have also been through test sponsored by TUV, the best modular building in Asia.
Productive Projects Experience
In addition, Ark has completed a number of EPC/EPCC/EPCM projects for global energy giant corporations such as Exxon Mobil in the past 10 years, like the fully-functioned operating camps Komo Airfield Facilities and OBC.
